As Oracle Technical Manager, I was responsible for building a Digital Acceleration Center with skilled resources to manage and align with organizational goal of One ERP. Defined the roles within the DxC by closely coordinating with Talent Acquisition Team. Made sure the team is diverse and also maximized the skillset of each individual by providing learning and opportunity. Clearly defined the expectation, shepherd the project and team to completion.
